4 booked for getting fake forensic report

OKARA: Sadar police on Wednesday booked four people on the charge of getting fake report from a forensic lab to implicate a man in a murder case.
SI Abdul Sattar, Investigating Officer (IO) of murder case of FIR No 70/15 registered in Ravi police station, had declared a nominated accused as innocent and the case was discharged after receiving forensic report. Later, four accused, Muhammad Shahbaz, Muhammad Khan, Ahmad Din and Muhammad Anwar, allegedly got a fake forensic report from a lab to revive the case and implicate the already declared innocent man as guilty in the case.
