Islamabad: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM), Ali Nawaz Awan has announced the registration of an FIR against the management of a private housing society after the death of a mother and her child in flash flood in Sector E-11 on Wednesday morning.
SAPM Ali Nawaz accompanied by officials of the Islamabad administration visited the residence of the bereaved family and also inspected damage caused by rains in the area.
Talking to the head of the family, Ali Nawaz said that FIR would be registered against society management under section 302 on charges of murder of the mother and her child. He said action would also be taken against the land mafia and the nullah passing through would also be restored in original shape after removing encroachments.
