35 booked for setting ablaze house

CHAKWAL: Kalar Kahar police on Sunday booked 35 people on the charges of setting ablaze a house and looting valuables from it at Gahi village.
Waseem Abbas was murdered some days ago and his accused relatives, including Kamran and his brother Imran, had doubted on a man that he was involved in the murder. On the day of the incident, the accused persons stormed into the house of the alleged killer and asked his wife Sajida Parveen to go out from the house. Later, they allegedly set ablaze the house besides looting Rs 100,000, gold ornaments and other valuables from the house. Later, the police arrested four accused after registering a case under 7-ATA.
