Two brothers killed, several injured in Thatta accident
THATTA: Two brothers were killed and several others injured in a collision between a passenger van No JF-5232 and a Suzuki pickup No KT-5482 on National Highway near Gujjo on Saturday.
According to the details, the deceased brothers were identified as Maqbool Khaskheli and Bakhshal Khaskheli. Their father Ahmed Khaskheli also got injured.
Other injured persons included Muhammad Idrees Memon, Ghulam Rasool Memon, Panjoo Khaskheli, Pervez Khaskheli, Zulfiqar Bhatti and Ghulam Rasool Mallah.
The injured were admitted in the hospital at Makli while bodies of both brothers were handed over to relatives after medico legal formalities.
MPA Syed Aijaz Ali Shah Shirazi reached the scene and supervised the rescue works and later visited the village of victims near Gujjo and expressed sympathy with bereaved families. Police started investigations.
