Four arrested in DI Khan honour killing case

DERA ISMAIL KHAN: The police arrested four s accused in the murder case of a couple, sources said on Friday.
The sources said that four persons, including Allah Nawaz , Shah Nawaz,Iqbal and Arif, residents of Hissam village, allegedly shot dead Jameel and his wife when they were returning home after attending a hearing at a local court.
The couple had reportedly contracted marriage against the will of family few months ago.
The couple was ambushed and gunned down on Dera-Tank road a day earlier.
The police launched a thorough investigation into the case, the sources said, adding, the police conducted a raid and arrested all the four accused. The police also recovered the vehicle and a 30-bore pistol used in the crime.
