Kyu Seok Lee vows support for COAS G-1 Pakistan Open
BEIRUT: President World Taekwondo Asia Prof Kyu Seok Lee has said they would fully support Pakistan Taekwondo Federation to promote the game.
He shared these views during a meeting with President South Asian Taekwondo Association & Team Leader Pakistan Contingent Omar Saeed.
Kyu Seok Lee promised full support to Pakistan for the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) G-1 Pakistan Open. “I am looking forward to seeing some great talent of taekwondo in Pakistan this year; my heartiest congratulations to President Col retired Waseem Janjua for a great performance put up by the Pakistan team in the Asian Taekwondo Championship,” he said.
On the occasion, Omar Saeed invited Kyu Seok Lee to the first Chief of Army Staff G-1 Pakistan Open.
The 14th Asian Poomsae and 24th Asian Taekwondo Championship concluded with Korea winning the most medals in both the events. Pakistan won five silver and two bronze medals. The 2021 Beirut Open G-2 event will begin on June 20.
