Three die as rivals clash in DI Khan

DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Three people were killed in a clash in the Panyala area here on Friday.

It was learnt that two rival groups exchanged fire in the mountainous area in Kochi Pondgan, leaving three people dead.

One Plai Khan, son of Mir Wali, of the Sulaimankhel tribe told the Nawab Shaheed Police Station officials that his son and nephew came face to face with their rivals in the mountains.

He said that his son Wazir Khan was killed in the clash.

He added that two persons identified as Rozi Khan and Sadu Khan were killed from the other side.

The motive behind the clash could not be known.
