Interfaith moot held in RPO office

BAHAWALPURL: To promote interfaith harmony on the occasion of Eid Miladun Nabi (PBUH) in Bahawalpur region, Regional Police Officer (RPO) Ehsan Sadiq Wednesday convened a meeting of the Muslim and the Christian scholars in his office.
Several Christian and Muslim scholars of different schools of thought, traders and notable citizens attended the moot.
The speakers appreciated the effort to promote religious harmony. The RPO thanked the participants for supporting the police in promotion of religious harmony Father Nadeem Joseph represented the Christian community and said such meeting would promote religious harmony on the eve of Christmas. At the end of the moot, a cake was also cut.
