PML-N board interviews candidates for Okara municipality
OKARA: Nine aspirants for the chairman and five for the vice-chairman slots of Municipal Committee Okara have appeared before the PML-N parliamentary board.
The panel is headed by Hamza Shahbaz and comprises provincial minister Malik Kamran, Samiullah Khan, Manshaullah Butt and others.
Chaudhry Muneeb-ul-Haq, Chaudhry Saeed, Manzoor Sipra, Haji Idrees, Akram Tahir, Mian Ali Booti, Faisal Rashid, Ch Azhar and Sohail Ashraf are the candidates for the chairman’s office. On the other hand, Yasir Qadri, Akbar Ali Khan and Liaqat Ali Bhola are the vice-chairman candidates.
The board members, in interviews, asked questions regarding party affairs. However, Hamza held a separate meeting with Muneeb.
