Better ties stressed among doctors, paramedics
From Our Correspondent
JHANG: Dr Niaz Ali Mohsin Mighiana, Head of DHQ Hospital Surgical Department, Wednesday urged senior doctors to promote tolerance among young doctors and paramedics for their better working relationship during duty hours.
Resolving an issue developed between young doctors and paramedics, Dr Mighiana said issues among the staff are signs of poor administration of the senior doctors. He said our religion also teaches tolerance and brotherhood among each other. Dr Mighiana said maximum resources were provided by the government for modern health facilities to the common man. He said young doctors and paramedics are backbone of any health institutions but minor disputes and differences during emergency and trauma centres is not good for both sides as well as for patients.
