KP wins Under-16 Girls Judo tournament

KARACHI: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa won the PSB Inter-Provincial Under-16 Girls Judo tournament in Peshawar on Wednesday.
KP secured 72 points by virtue of four gold and two bronze medals. They were followed by Punjab (57 points) with two gold, two silver and one bronze medal.
Islamabad (30 points) got the third position with one silver and two bronze medals.
Sindh, Balochistan and Gilgit-Baltistan also took part in the competition. More than 50 judokas contested in -36kg, -40kg, -44kg, -48kg, -52kg and -57Kg events.
