Top seeds ease into Serena Hotels Open tennis second round

KARACHI: Top seeds in the men’s singles event eased into the second round as they won their first round matches comfortably in the Serena Hotels Open tennis championships 2015 on Monday at S Dilawar Abbas PTF Tennis Complex in Islamabad.
Top seeds Aqeel Khan, Shahzad Khan, Yasir Khan, Muhammad Abid, Heera Ashiq, Usman Rafiq, Muhammad Mudassir and Ahmed Chaudhry moved into the second round.
In the boys under-18 event, those who advanced to the second round were Muhammad Muzammil, Kashif Khan, Amir Naseem, Aman Attique, Barkat ullah, Talha Bin Asif, Hamza Bin Rehan, Huzaifa Abdul Rehman, Asadullah, Nalain Abbas, Izhar Iftikhar, Hamza Bin Asif, Haris Irfanul Haq, Yousaf Khan, Shoaib Khan and Abdal Haider.
