60 suspects held in Hangu

HANGU: The police arrested 60 suspected persons, proclaimed offenders and Afghan nationals among them, and recovered arms from them during search operations and action against anti-social elements in the month of November, an official said on Saturday.
District Police Officer (DPO) Shah Nazar told reporters that the arrested suspected persons were included 44 proclaimed offenders and 15 Afghan nationals.
He said that the police also recovered 15 Kalashnikovs, nine rifles, 15 guns, 29 pistols, a hand grenade, 17 kilogram of hashish and hundreds of cartridges from them.
