DASKA: An 18-year-old girl was abducted in the city area on Wednesday.
Accused Hayat and his accomplices abducted the daughter of Ali. She was going to bazaar.

GIRL ATTEMPTS SUICIDE: A girl attempted suicide in the Sadr police limits.
The girl of Golathian locality exchanged harsh words with her family members and swallowed poisonous pills and was shifted to civil hospital when her condition started to deteriorate. Then she was referred to Gujranwala in a critical condition.
BODY RECOVERED: The Motra police Wednesday recovered an unidentified body lying near a playground.

BOOKED OVER HARBOURING PO: Sadr police Wednesday registered a case against an accused on the charges of harbouring a proclaimed offender.
On a tip-off police raided the out-house of Ifthikar to arrest a proclaimed offender, but the PO was alerted before the arrival of the police and escaped.
