SARGODHA: Additional District and Sessions Judge Yar Muhammad on Saturday awarded the death sentence to an accused involved in a murder case.
According to the persecution, accused Muhammad Ramzan with Dost Muhammad and Gulzar shot dead Sajid Kumhar of Jabbi over enmity.
After hearing arguments, the court awarded death sentence to Muhammad Ramzan while the other two co-accused were acquitted.
