UC chairman’s notification held up

BHAKKAR: The notification of the success of Malik Sikandar Jhamat as chairman of Baranga Union Council is held up on the rigging allegation by rival candidate Abdul Hameed Raan.
The rigging complaint was lodged with the Election Tribunal, Faisalabad.
THIEF CAUGHT: A thief was caught red-handed while stealing cash from a shop.
The thief broke glass of the shop of the PML-N secretary general (Darya Khan chapter) and tried to take away cash. He was handed over to the police.
