BHAKKAR: The District Coordination Officer (DCO) Thursday imposed section 144 in Bhakkar district during 8th, 9th and 10th of Muharram .
According to the notification, pillion riding, carrying arms, firing in the air, graffiti and playing audio cassettes in rickshaws and vehicles is banned.
Moreover, rumours, distribution of sectarian material, delivery of objectionable speeches and slogans of hatreds are prohibited.
COMMISSIONER VISITS HOSPITAL: Commissioner Capt (retd) Muhammad Asif Thursday visited DHQ hospital Bhakkar and inspected Trauma Centre, medical ward and nursery.
On the occasion, the Commissioner said performance of Health Care System would be monitored and standard treatment of patients and cleanliness in hospitals would be maintained at all costs.
