CM assures justice to family of student killed after assault
Announces house for family, free education for brothers

MANDI BAHAUDDIN: Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has expressed sorrow and grief over the murder of a student after an assault.
Expressing his sympathies with the mother of slain student Raza Arshad at his house at Mohallah Roshanpura, he said that the culprits would be given exemplary punishment irrespective of their social status. He assured the bereaved family that justice would be provided to them.
The chief minister announced free education to the brothers of Raza Arshad and directed their immediate admission to the District Jinnah Public School. He also ordered the district police officer to provide security to the deceased’s family.
He announced providing a house to the family when the deceased’s mother told him she was living in a rented house. He promised to provide financial aid to the family.
Punjab Minister Hamida Waheed, MNAs Mumtaz Ahmad Tarar and Nasir Bosal Dewan, former MPA Mushtaq Ahmad, DPO Raja Basharat and DCO Muzaffar Sial were also present on the occasion.
It is worth mentioning Raza Arshad was murdered after an assault some days ago. After the incident, his father Muhammad Arshad also died of heart attack.
