CHITRAL: The police arrested 18 drug peddlers and a proclaimed offender and seized drugs from their possession in the district on Monday. A press release quoting District Police Officer (DPO) Abbas Majeed Khan Marwat said that the police conducted raids on the suspected places in Ayun, Chitral town, Drosh and Shishi Koh. He said that the police arrested 18 drug-peddlers and a proclaimed offender Ziauddin, adding that three kilogram hashish and 11 litres liquor were also seized from their possession.
