MANDI BAHAUDDIN: Police on Saturday arrested a man in a murder case of a child here.
Addressing a press conference here, DPO Raja Basharat Hussain said that the dead body of Raza Arshad was recovered on Oct 4 and during medical examination it was revealed that the child was also sexually assaulted before murder. The DPO said that City police solved the case and arrested accused Rizwan, 18, s/o Muhammad Saleem, who was the neighbour of Raza, and recovered murder weapon from him. The DPO claimed that the accused had confessed to commit the crime.
