HANGU: The police arrested 35 suspected persons, including six Afghan nationals during a search operation in various camps for Afghan refugees in the district, an official said on Saturday. DPO Shah Nazar told reporters that the police launched a search operation against anti-social elements in camps for Afghan refugees, including Lakhti Banda, Kata Kanri and Mirobak Banda and made the arrests. He said the police recovered a repeater, three pistols, two rifles and hundreds of cartridges from them. He said the police also arrested six Afghan nationals for staying illegally in the district.
