DASKA: A married woman Friday committed suicide in the limits of Motra police.
Bashree Bibi used to quarrel with her husband over domestic issues and on the day of the incident she consumed poisonous pills. She was shifted to hospital where she died.
FAKE CHEQUE CASE: Sadr police Friday registered a case against a man on charges of issuing a fake cheque.
Ilyas Cheema had given a loan of Rs 11,000,000 to Shahbaz.
When Shahbaz was asked to return the amount he gave a cheque that was bounced by bank.
POWER OUTAGE SCHEDULE: According to a press release issued by a Wapda SDO, the power supply will remain suspended due to necessary repair from 8am to 3pm in the areas of Kandansyan, Bombanwala, Bhola Musa, Fawar Chowk, Pasrur road, Green vegetable and other areas.
