The championship offers a modest Rs60,000 for the winner and Rs35,000 for the runner up. The losing semi-finalists will receive Rs15,000 each. The four losing quarter-finalists will get Rs5000 each.
The defeated pre-quarterfinalists will pocket Rs3000 each.
The player who scores the highest break will get Rs5000.
Top 31 players will be seen in action during the tournament. The players will be divided into eight groups. Two players from each group will qualify for the last-16 stage.
The qualifying rounds will have seven-frame contests. The last-16 stage and quarter-finals will be contested in nine frames. The semi-finals will have 11 frames and the final 13.
The two top ranked players of Pakistan who will be revealed following the results of the championship will represent Pakistan in IBSF World Snooker Championship. The World Championship will be held in Hurghada, Egypt, from November 10-21.
