BHAKKAR: EDO (Education) Mian Muhammad Ismail Friday said progress cannot be made without combating corruption from society.
Addressing an Essay and speech competition in the Government Model High School, Bhakkar, the EDO said a man is known by the character he possess not the words he utters.
He said corruption is more harmful than cancer.
Several students delivered speeches and then prizes were distributed among the positions holders.
