HANGU: A house was damaged when an explosive device planted near the boundary wall went off in Shahidabad here on Friday, official sources said.
The sources said that unidentified persons had planted explosive material near the boundary wall of the house of Malik Khalil in Shahidabad in the limits of Bilyamina Police Station, which went off early in the day. No casualty was reported in the act.
Malik Khalil told reporters that that a letter was pasted on another portion
of the boundary wall apparently to demand extortion money.
