Under trail prisoner dies in jail

GUJRANWALA: An under trial prisoner died in the Central Jail here on Sunday.
Amanullah was arrested by Aroop police for selling drugs.
According to the jail sources, Amanullah was an addict and he died for want of drugs.
FAKE MAGISTRATE HELD: Police have arrested a fake magistrate along with his driver here.
Bilal, a fake magistrate, along with his driver was collecting fine from the shopkeepers when police reached there and arrested them.
20 SUSPECTS HELD: Law-enforcement agencies and police conducted a joint search operation in Cantonment circle and arrested 20 suspects. They also impounded two cars and 15 motorcycles during the search operation.
TWO INJURED BY DACOITS: Three robbers snatched cash and mobile phones from several people at Sultanpura on Saturday night. They also shot at and injured two persons on resistance. Garjakh police have registered a case.
