Seven more coronavirus patients test positive in Larkana
SUKKUR: As many as seven coronavirus positive cases were reported in Larkana on Friday. Reports said some 88 pilgrims, who had returned from Iran were kept in quarantine centre by the district administration, Larkana, at the quarantine centre in Benazir Bhutto Medical University Campus, Areja. Deputy Commissioner Larkana Nouman Siddiqui confirmed the blood samples of seven were sent that turned out to be positive at the Indus Hospital Lab Karachi. The DC said coronavirus positive and negative patients were provided all required facilities at the quarantine centre. Meanwhile, the health department said 19 coronavirus positive cases surfaced in Sindh, including 11 in Karachi, one in Hyderabad and seven in Larkana, while the number soared up to 440. Some 14 victims of the coronavirus had recovered.
