March 26, 2020

LAHORE: Pakistan Poultry Association (PPA) is committed to supply to the nation uninterruptedly in need of the hour amid lockdown, an official said on Wednesday.

PPA Spokesperson Khalil Sattar said that the poultry industry is facing hurdles in supply, as the law-enforcement agencies are not allowing movement that might result in shortage of food items to the people.

“We request all the provincial governments for cooperation in smooth supply during the lockdown in the province.” Moreover, the dedicated transport for the pick and drop of employees working in processing food items is also stopped and restricted, which is another big problem to ensure smooth supply.
