KTA to organise ranking tennis championship from Sept 18
KARACHI: Karachi Tennis Association is organising 38th KTA Development Series (ranking tennis championship) at Union Club from September 18. The singles events are men’s, junior 18, under-16, under-14, under-12, under-10, and girl 18, while doubles event will be played in junior-18 category. The last date for entries is September 17.

Sindh Tennis Association (STA) initiated this development series a few years back to hunt talent and promote juniors’ tennis by providing regular match practice to junior players of the province.
This year, STA in collaboration with associations of Larkana, Hyderabad and Karachi has already organised five such tournaments. STA is now planning to hold one such ranking event at Sukker by December.
