Dacoits continue looting spree

GUJRANWALA: Dacoits looted cash, cell phones and other valuables in 14 incidents here on Sunday.
Two dacoits snatched cash and cell phones from Zaman and Afzal near Khokerki. Two dacoits deprived Adeel of Rs 17,000 and a cell phone at Aroop. Two dacoits entered the shop of Anwar at Dhulley and snatched Rs 15,000. Bandits took away Rs 17,000 from Shoaib at Peoples Colony. Dacoits intercepted Shahid and his wife at Kamoke and snatched cash and other valuables. Three dacoits snatched Rs 22,000 from Allah Rakha near Citi Housing. Two dacoits intercepted Fareed and his wife at Wazirabad and snatched Rs 15,000 and gold ornaments. Two bandits looted valuables from Rana Aftab at Baghbanpura while two robbers looted Rs 4,000 and a cell phone from Razia at Gulshan Colony. Two dacoits took away a motorcycle of Manzoor while unknown thieves stole gold ornaments and other valuables from the house of Bilal. The motorcycles of Tahir, Qasim and Nazir were stolen from different areas of the city.
16 HIDES OF DONKEYS RECOVERED: A Livestock Department team on Sunday raided a house and recovered 16 hides of donkeys.
The team headed by the DO Livestock raided a house at Ferozewala and recovered 16 hides of donkeys. However, two accused persons succeeded to flee.
