13 die in Sargodha van accident

ISLAMABAD: At least 13 people were killed and six others sustained critical burn injuries when a passenger van caught fire near Bhera interchange on Motorway on Thursday.
According to the police, a passenger van was on its way to Islamabad from Lahore when it caught fire due to short circuit and collided with a pillar of flyover near Khan Muhammad Wala in Bhera jurisdiction.
The vehicle was completely burnt, as a result 13 people were burnt to death, while six others sustained injuries.
The rescue teams rushed to the spot and shifted the bodies and the injured to Tehsil Headquarter Hospital, of whom three were referred to Lahore due to their critical condition.
