Gen Bajwa inaugurates hockey turf

ISLAMABAD: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa inaugurated new artificial hockey turf laid at the Ayub Park courtesy to the Mari Petroleum Company Limited (MPCL) and Army Heritage Foundation (AHF). The turf has been rated as the best around and would cater the requirements of budding players including that from MPCL team. COAS also watched hockey match played between Pakistan Greens and Pakistan Whites. COAS appreciated MPCL for efforts to revive the national game.
