Turkey’s Ambassador to Pakistan a fan of Peshawar Zalmi
KARACHI: Turkey’s Ambassador to Pakistan Mustafa Yurdakul is a keen follower of Pakistan Super League, particularly Peshawar Zalmi.
Cricket fans in the country are waiting for the fifth edition of PSL to explode into action next month. But it’s not only Pakistanis who are excited. The ambassadors are also excited about the event.
He has clicked pictures wearing Zalmi shirt confirming his support for Peshawar Zalmi. Chairman Peshawar Zalmi Javed Afridi presented to him a Zalmi shirt for Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Last year in PSL, two turkish players were part of Peshawar Zalmi as guest players. The Ambassador appreciated the efforts of Peshawar Zalmi in bringing back international cricket to Pakistan as all of its international players came to Lahore for PSL final in 2017.
