KOHAT: The police claimed to have arrested 15 outlaws, including a Bannu Jailbreak escapee, in search and strike operation here on Thursday. Speaking to mediapersons, District Police Officer (DPO) Mansoor Aman said that following his directives, the police conducted raids in various places of the district and arrested 15 outlaws including two terror suspects. He said one of the outlaws identified as Khandan Khan had managed to escape during the Bannu Jailbreak incident of 2012. “The outlaw changed his name and managed to flee abroad, but he was arrested upon return from abroad,” the DPO said. He said the accused, Fazal Kareem and Jamshed, who were wanted to Lahore and Sheikhupura police in robbery cases, had also been rounded up.
