Noor sails into British Open Jr Squash semis
ISLAMABAD: Noor Zaman checked into the semifinals of the British Open Junior Squash beating Malaysian opponent in four games at the Edgbaston Priory Club, University of Birmingham Saturday.
Noor beat Chandaran 7-11, 11-4, 11-8, 11-7 to make it to the last four in the under-17 category.
Noor Zaman kept Pakistan hopes alive at the fall of Asadullah. Irelands Denis Gilevskiy defeated Asad in nthe fourth round 11-7, 11-9, 11-4 with Noor winning his third round against Karim Farrag 11-7, 11-3, 13-11.
