KARACHI: Young Almas Football Club overcame Young Kharotabad Football Club on penalty kicks in the climax of Quetta District League Football Championship (Division-A) at Sardar Yar Muhammad Bareach Football Ground in Quetta.
During the regulation time, both teams put their best. The score-line was 2-2 when the referee blew the final whistle. However, Young Almas FC prevailed in the penalty kicks with 4-2 score.
Sports Minister Balochistan Abdul Khaliq Hazara distributed trophies among the participants. He praised Leisure Leagues for its endeavours to promote football in the country and for their support in organizing this tournament.
