As per the notification, the retail price has been fixed at Rs45 for per kilogramme.
The decision was taken in exercise of the power conferred under Section 3(2)(a) of the Sindh Essential Commodities Price Control and Prevention of Profiteering and Hoarding Act, 2005.
The price of flour has skyrocketed in the city and the government has failed to bring down the price of wheat despite slapping a ban on export of wheat and flour in July 2019.
