Siraj Durrani complains of party workers’ plot against him
SUKKUR: Speaker Sindh Assembly Agha Siraj Durani on Friday said the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) could not produce any tangible evidence against the PPP leadership in the courts, therefore, the courts had granted bails in the cases on pure merit.
While talking to media persons after visiting Gharhi Khuda Bakhsh, Agha Siraj Durrani said the PPP’s senior leadership was facing cases and courts but they were not ready to compromise on their integrity. He said PPP’s Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari, MPA Faryal Talpur and he himself were released on bail after facing courts and cases but did not choose other options.
The speaker Sindh Assembly said he had evidence against some of his party colleagues, who were unfortunately involved in hedging conspiracy against him, adding that their names would soon be revealed and he had discussed the matter with party chairman.
