Asif for effective strategies to promote snooker

LAHORE: World snooker champion Mohammad Asif appealed to the government to formulate effective strategies to promote the game of snooker. He appealed that the sport should be tackled by eliminating financial problems. He said that like other sports, snooker has a lot of talent in Pakistan. “We needs to adopt effective policies to bring it forward. World Champion and snooker player Hamza Akbar spoke on the inauguration of a Snooker Club in China Scheme. National player Hamza Akbar and other snooker players said that snooker should also be given importance like other sports especially cricket. Asif also played a snooker game with the citizens.
