Adda check post issue: LHC fixes hearing for Jan 13

ISLAMABAD: The Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi bench judge Justice Mirza Waqas Rauf Tesday fixed hearing of a petition on the issue of Angoor Adda check post handover to Afghanistan on January 13. The writ petition has sought action against former COAS Raheel Sharif, General Hidayat and General Asim Bajwa under 24-A of the Army Act. Lt Col (R) Inamur Rahim Advocate had filed an application for early hearing of the writ petition. The petition was heard on Tuesday and the judge fixed January 13 the next date of hearing.
