JUI-F activists stage demo against govt policies in Multan
MULTAN: Activists of the JUI-F on Friday staged a demonstration against inflation and unemployment at Dera Adda Chowk.
The JUI-F activists were led by the party’s Punjab Nazim Maulana Safiullah. The protest was held in connection with the Islamabad Azadi March Plan-C. Speaking on the occasion, Maulana Safiullah said that the government had failed in delivering for welfare of the masses. He alleged that the government policies were snatching bread and butter from the common man.
He blamed that the government’s failed policies were promoting inflation and unemployment in the country. The days of the government were numbered, he claimed. JUI-F Multan district amir Maulana Ayazul Haq Qasmi said that the government had failed in appointing the chief election commissioner. The JUI-F office-bearers, including Qari Muhammad Yasin, Maulana Abdur Rehman and Mian Jamshed Ajmal also spoke.
