PHC issues notice to govt on development funds issue

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) issued a notice to the provincial government and sought its reply on the next hearing in a writ petition filed by an opposition member of the provincial assembly (MPAs) for ignoring them in developmental funds.

Opposition Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Khushdil Khan had moved the PHC against the government, stating the provincial government had ignored the opposition lawmakers in the developmental funds.
