DERA ISMAIL KHAN: The police seized three non-custom paid vehicles in the Pasha Pul locality on Monday, official sources said.
The sources said that after taking over the charge, District Police Officer Wahid Mahmood tightened the noose around the dealers involved in the practice of selling non-custom paid vehicles in the district.
They said acting on a tip-off, the police raided the house of Rasool Khan in the Pasha Pul and seized the three cars.
“The accused failed to produce legal and valid documents of the non-custom paid vehicles to the police,” an official said. Later, the police handed over the vehicles to the officials of the Customs Department.
