Child among three killed in Sargodha
SARGODHA: Three people, including a minor child, died in separate incidents in Kundian and Kotmomin police limits. According to police, Zubair, 17, of Shahbazanwala Tehsil Kundian along with his niece Feroza, 3 and sister Haleema was moving on a motorcycle on Thak Canal Bridge on Sargodha- Bhakhar Road when the motorbike slipped and fell into the canal near Jhaalwala Bridge. As a result Zubair and his niece drowned while his sister Haleema was rescued. Muhammad Shahzad of Kotmomin committed suicide by consuming poison over family issues. The injured was shifted to THQ hospital.
Man murdered over enmity: A man was tortured to death in an incident of enmity in Kirana police limits on Thursday. According to police, Khan Muhammad of Chak 54/SB Sargodha had an enmity with Muhammad Sarfraz over the litigation of murder cases. On the day of incident, Muhammad Khan and his four accomplices allegedly tortured to death Sarfraz with a sharp edge and fled from the scene.
