Literary festival enthrals literature lovers in Faisalabad
LAHORE: The sixth Faisalabad Literary Festival held at Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan Auditorium on November 22 and 23 was an amalgamation of artists under one roof. People from all walks of life attended the event that included the participation of famous poets, writers, and actors. The two-day event was hosted by Masood Ashar. Asghar Nadeem Syed presided over the opening session. Ahsan Khan, Ali Aftab, Ali Rehman, Amjad Islam Amjad, Amar Sindhu, Dr. Arfa Sayeda Zehra, Baber Niazi, Faisal Sajjad among others delivered speeches.
The Faisalabad Literary Festival 2019 is a glowing testimony to the fact that literary figures are an asset to our society who promote and guide positive thinking through their writings and poetry.
The festival enthralled the literature lovers and readers who swarmed the Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan Auditorium to see famous writers on Friday and Saturday. It was an amasing opportunity for the people of the industrial city as it was a step towards promoting knowledge, literature and fine arts where it provided the best recreation to literature lovers.
