Man shot dead in DI Khan

DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Unidentified gunmen shot dead a man in the Kulachi tehsil on Tuesday, police said. They said that Shoaib Baloch, alias Cheeta, a resident of Usmankhel in the Kulachi tehsil, was heading to a local market near Hathyala on the Tank Road when unidentified gunmen fired at him, leaving him critically injured. The accused fled the scene while the injured was shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital in Dera Ismail Khan where from he was being shifted to a hospital in Peshawar when he succumbed to his injuries.The police registered a case on the report of his cousin, Tariq Baloch, against unknown culprits and started investigation.
