DERA ISMAIL KHAN: The law-enforcement agencies arrested two militants in Kulachi
tehsil here on Friday, sources said.
The sources said that acting on a tip-off, the police along with officials of the intelligence agency raided a house in Kulachi subdivision and arrested two militants, identified as Allauddin alias Charagh and Fazlur Rehman.
They were shifted to an undisclosed location for an interrogation, the sources added.
When contacted, a police official denied the arrest of the militants.
Five Afghans nabbed in Hangu: The security forces, police and personnel of the spy agencies arrested five suspected Afghan nationals during a joint search operation in parts of the district, police said on Friday.
They said that the personnel of the security forces, spy agencies and police conducted a search operation in Kata Kanri and Lakhti Banda Refugee Camp and made the arrests.
Those arrested in the search were identified as Gul Agha, Farhan, Dilawar, Buner and another person Ghulam. The arrested persons were shifted to an undisclosed location for an interrogation.
