BHAKKAR: The District and Sessions judge Thursday appointed magistrates at tehsil level to dispose of cases under new rules speedily.
Judicial Magistrate Class-I Muhammad Ali Amjad has been posted at Bhakkar, Judicial Magistrate Class-I Yasir Hafeez at Mankera, Judicial Magistrate Class-I Muhammad Majidullah Khan at Kaloorkot and Judicial Magistrate Section 30 Muhammad Naveed at Darya Khan.
The magistrates would handle cases under Punjab Arms amendment Act 2015, Punjab Sound System Regulation Act 2015, Temporary Residence Act 2015, Maintenance of Peace Amendment Act 2015, Wall Chalking Act 2015 and Protection of Sensible Installation Act 2015.
