Residents seem at mercy of robbers in Gujranwala

GUJRANWALA: Residents were deprived of cash, valuables and cellphones in sixteen strikes in different areas of Gujranwala.
Saqlain was deprived of Rs 20,000 and gold in the area of Sada Kanthi police.
Three gunmen intercepted Nasir and snatched Rs 5,000 and gold ornaments from him in the area of Eminabad police.
Two robbers snatched cash and a mobile phone from Ansar in the area of Sohdra police station.
Two robbers intercepted Imran and snatched Rs 15,000 from him in the area of Model Town police.
Two dacoits snatched Rs 30,000 and two mobile phones from Rasheed in Wahndoo police area.
Farhen was intercepted in the area of people’s colony and was deprived of Rs 15,000 and two mobile phones.
Two dacoits snatched Rs 10,000 and a mobile phone from Feezana Bibiin the area of Kotwali police.
Thieves took away a new motorbike of Shelik in the area of Khiyali police.
Thieves stole a new motorbike of Humayun in Satellite Town area, motorcycle of Saeed in Wazirabad police station area, motorcycle of Rashid in Ghakhr Mandi police area, motorcycle No STA-1492 of Zohaib in Aroop police area and motorbike No STS-9091 of Ahmad in Dhulley police station area.
Thieves entered the house of Faaqan in Dingerarwala locality and took hostage the whole family and took away cash, gold and valuables in the Cantonment police area.
