LALAMUSA: Two people were killed and three others fell unconscious when they received electric shocks near a petrol pump at Kharian on Wednesday. Hassan, 32, of Lamay village, Inzamam alias Qamar, 22, of Marali village and three other employees of the petrol pump were erecting a fallen electric pole when they received electric shocks and fell unconscious. Hassan and Qamar were shifted to the Kharian THQ Hospital where they died while two were shifted to the Gujrat Aziz Bhatti Shahid Hospital and one was shifted to the Kharian CMH. Police are investigating.
